Hey! Whats up?? I am so happy!! I am 6 weeks out from the Europa IFBB Super Show and I am in the BEST shape of my life!! I am 123lbs now, and I saw my trainer in Va. this past weekend and he is VERY happy also! I am right on target! 6 more weeks to go!!!! I was at the Body Rock this past weekend as you probably know, that is Monica Brant's show and it was a BLAST! I did 2- 2 hr long photo shoots, one with TomNine & One with Boomer Flex. They will be posted on my Members Site in a few months. In the mean time you can join my Members site and see the pics my hubby has been taking!! My back is still in a lot of pain, but I am working with it and hoping it will Hang on until I am completly done competing in Sept!! I will be doing "Live webcam a lot leading up to my shows, so you can check out my progress as my body changes from week to week:)) Please stop in on Thursday nights on herbiceps.com and see me perform on the webcam!!! 7:20pm Every Thursday!!
